As a Post Market Engineer, you will be supporting and handling Escalated Complaints for Varian’s Products. You will be the key point to ensure the Escalated Complaints and Assistance Requests are being processed in a timely manner and in the expected quality.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conducting escalated complaint investigations and technical root cause analysis related to the imaging components of the linear accelerator platforms as well as of optical imaging solutions.
  • Documenting technical investigations and providing other documentation in the complaint handling database, as assigned.
  • Analyzing and communicating feedback from customer complaints to the engineering teams.
  • Providing technical support to customers and the Varian organization worldwide, as part of escalated complaint investigations.
  • Collaborating with other teams or individuals to ensure deliverables are met

What you need to bring

  • BSc or MSc in electrical engineering, biomedical engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in the Medical Devices Domain, or Manufacturing company
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills, ability to disseminate complex problems
  • Ability to Listen and Think
  • Auto didactic skills to quickly familiarize with new areas
  • You are a strong communicator and thrive in an environment of mutual respect, openness, and collaboration. You motivate your environment with constructive charisma
