We are looking for a Junior Porduct Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of Memo Paris' visibility through your creative eye and sense of beauty. "The Journey is the destination" is Memo's motto : the time of the journey is an integral part of the experience; it is essential for the encounter with beauty to occur. We love fragrances, we love to dream. If you have great eye, the ability to capture and highlight products and a quick learning pace, we want you on our team!As part of the marketing team, you will support the development of the company's fragrance collections, from idea to launch :  - Carrying out market and competitor analyses to support strategic thinking- Participate in drawing up creative briefs in collaboration with the founders and the marketing team- Coordinate exchanges with partners- Monitor product development (fragrance, packaging, accessories, pricing), respect schedules and ensure final quality- Help prepare launches (sales pitches, samples, etc.)- Ensure the coherence of the 360 elements supporting product launches (POS, training, communication, digital, consumer experience, etc.).
