YOUR CHALLENGE
- Unpack, sort incoming mail from the post office and distribute it to mailing stations by department (4 buildings)
- Collect timely, dispatch and deliver internal and external mail, documents, and parcels
- Operate the Post shuttle by vehicle between our 2 internal post offices (4 times / day)
- Be in charge of the reception of express mail (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and handling of registered letters, with accompanying form against signature
- Manage DHL packaging and airwaybills
- Send, receive, and track Checks with central department in Zurich
- Handle the external logistics transports requests if necessary (vehicle) and basic office supply and small warehouse management
- Be responsible for general building maintenance, including minor repairs and troubleshooting as well as premises equipment inspection activities
- Supervise cleaning activities (meeting and quality checks with cleaning company twice a month)
- Participate in various departmental tasks such as office moving & rearrangement, paper destruction as well as administrative tasks
- Manage the access controls – order and set up of badges
