To strengthen my clients consumer electronics and healthcare ASIC business, They are currently looking for a new Business Unit Manager with a desire to make a difference and drive ideas in a human-sized organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own, define, deploy and communicate business unit strategy with a focus on P&L and long-term business success and profitability
- Drive technical marketing, competitive analysis, and strategic roadmap to ensure a competitive product offering
- Hand-in-hand with our Sales team ensure strategic customer relationships and partnerships
- Drive business development, go-to-market and new product introductions
- Manage engineering team developing ICs, embedded software and development tools with a focus on ultra low power ASICs for consumer and health care applications.
- Engage , alongside with the sales team, with eco-system partners at technical and commercial level to define and bring to the market new company based products
- Support strategic account plans to grow the business with existing customers and increase market shares for company products, positioning the company products for sustainable growth
