- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field, with >
3 years of related work experience
- Minimum 3 years of customer-centric marketing, sales, or sales support experience

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a complex, highly-matrixed organization, experience in microscopy a plus
- Self-starter and fast learner to manage multiple projects' scope, budget and schedule to achieve timely completion
- Willingness to travel (~25%), including internationally
