Mansionario
- Gestire le operazioni quotidiane di e-commerce, inclusi il flusso degli ordini, le escalation del servizio clienti e occuparsi del "health checks" del sito web.
- Monitorare e riferire sugli indicatori chiave di prestazione (KPI), fornendo informazioni utili a livello di prodotto e categoria, nonché a livello di CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) e UX (User Experience)
. - Gestire liste di prezzi, cataloghi, dati di prodotto e assortimento su tutti i mercati.
- Coordinare gli aggiornamenti di inventario, rifornimenti e monitoraggio delle scorte per garantire disponibilità e accuratezza.
- Guidare le prestazioni di e-merchandising attraverso categorie, ordinamento dei prodotti, ricerca, cross-sell/upsell e meccaniche di Gift With Purchase (GWP).
- Sostenere l'esecuzione di campagne e attivazioni, garantendo implementazione tempestiva e precisa.
- Contribuire alla localizzazione, gestione dei feed di marketplace, test di QA e miglioramento continuo degli strumenti e creazione di processi.
Requisiti richiesti
- Esperienza comprovata nel digitale e nell'e-commerce, idealmente nel settore retail, moda o beni di consumo.
- Forte padronanza dell'inglese, sia scritto che parlato; altre lingue sono un vantaggio.
- Focalizzazione commerciale con una chiara comprensione dei driver di vendita online e degli indicatori chiave di prestazione (KPI).
- Mentalità analitica con attenzione ai dettagli eccellente nei dati di prodotto, prezzi e merchandising.
- Indipendente e in grado di assumere responsabilità, rimanendo allo stesso tempo fortemente orientato al lavoro di squadra
- Proattivo, orientato alle soluzioni e adattabile al cambiamento in un ambiente dinamico.
- Forti capacità organizzative con la capacità di gestione delle priorità nel rispetto delle scadenze.
