Description de posteMinimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in Pharma supply chain Minimum 5+ years of IT project coordination experience managing complex projects. Highest experience in planning & logistics Supply Chain processes as well as working with all functional workstreams required. Experience in developing business requirements, UAT development, cutover planning and ALM execution.
Contractor - 12 months - Pharma - UAT - Testing
Our client is an international biopharmaceutical company headquartered in the French speaking part of Switzerland with globally established and recognized products in innovative therapeutic areas.
A demanding ERP Integration project will move into the next step of implementation. To support the demanding processes and testing, we do recruit for an SAP Analyst / Global Supply Chain – Process and Digital Excellence Integration in the role of a consultant.
Your main activity will be the support with the testing related to the Supply Chain business process activities on SAP project integration along with the implementation of a new supply & distribution model in Europe. You are familiar with Business Analysis, proficient in requirements gathering, gap analysis, business process design and documentation. The role will demand UAT planning with scenarios and runs – enabling same in ALM and manage UAT execution for specific scope area.
Responsibilities as SAP Analyst / Global Supply Chain
- Develop Test Scripts and linking the business requirements to the Scripts.
- Assist UAT Coordinator and direct Manager, as directed in project tasks delivery.
- Be the point of contact for questions on HPALM execution and ALM as well as test execution.
- Raise issues to defects management and follow up resolution. Triage the issues raised and route to the appropriate person.
- Execute cutover tasks as required and assist with determining timing of cutover activities.
- Be first point of contact for issues during Hypercare.
- Author Training Materials / Work Instructions / Job Aids and conduct required trainings.
- Organize / Participate in the various IT and department status meetings and working sessions.
- Good degree of Project Management skills. Participate / Lead in cutover activities prior to go-live.
