IRC224386 - ICT BUSINESS ANALYST

At Eni we are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to work at Eni Suisse in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will be working for our ICT department, ensuring that data exchanges between the various business applications run smoothly and accurately. Supporting users with day-to-day IT issues.

As a member of a small team at Eni Suisse you will be responsible for :

• Responsible for analysing all internal business applications.
• Monitoring the updating and ensuring the smooth running and availability of all business software.
• Coordinating IT projects to deliver outsourced application solutions.
• Managing access to our various applications by our internal rules, based on ITIL standards.
• Responsible for updating and creating systems documentation, as well as all documentation specific to your activity.
• Carrying out various administrative tasks relating to the purchasing and documentation processes within your business area.
