AV Field Service Engineer- Zurich salary 55,000 Euros

A leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.

Our immediate requirement is for an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to be a key part of our Field Engineering team in Frankfurt and Munich taking full responsibility for maintaining high levels of Customer Service through onsite attendance and remote technical support. Due to the nature of the Support Services business these areas are subject to tight SLA’s and KPI’s.

You shall develop and sustain excellent Customer relations whilst providing first class technical support for immediate fault resolution. You will be responsible for ensuring fault resolution is to Client satisfaction, ensuring the commercial impact of the account is upheld. You shall be responsible for the management of and timely updating of fault tickets.

Field service engineering work as requiredOnsite Service Engineering covering client sites as requiredTravelling to Client sites (including European travel if required)Site and event coordination and supportPreventative Maintenance calls as requiredRotation of client sites as requiredSite surveysSmall works installations, including handover to ClientWorking any rotational shift basis as requiredAdministration necessary to support engineering role

Technically proficient in AV / VC / UC technologiesAble to manage Client communications and escalationsCalm under pressureAbility to take responsibilityAbility to multi task and prioritiseExcellent communicator on both telephone and emailMeticulous attention to detailOrganisedFlexible approach
