JOB MISSION
We are looking for a Commercial Trainer with luxury boutique experience in jewelry or watchmaking and a passion for retail. Are you enthusiastic about sharing your retail expertise through in-person training and coaching? Do you thrive in a dynamic, hands-on role, traveling 70% of the time, engaging with teams, and bringing learning to life on the boutique floor? If so, this role is for you!
As an ambassador of the Maison’s culture, your role will be to conduct training and coaching activities in coordination with the L&D Manager, Boutique Managers and HR. With consistent training and coaching as well as identifying future needs, you will have the opportunity to nurture excellence throughout the network and support business performance.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Trainer role :
- Deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client experience.
- Executes trainings for the retail and office population according to the local training plan.
- Supports in-class training with “in the field” follow ups.
- Delivers relevant training to increase levels of knowledge with external boutiques / partners.
- Support the organization of trainings according to the local training plan (training venues, logistics, etc. as required to achieve an efficient and coherent development experience).
- Manage and distribute training materials as required for each program, including new eLearning).
- Identify future training needs.
