Digital Product Engineer (d/f/m/x) (In IT& DE& BE& UK& HR& UA& PL& CH& Hybrid)
What’s the opportunity?
As a Digital Requirements Engineer , you will be important in understanding and translating business needs into (product) and its requirements so that your dev colleagues can implement the respective technical solutions.
Your role encompasses the practices of product design, user experience, requirements & business analysis, (agile) product and project management and communication .
Your key activities will include :
- Collaborate & actively shape the build out of our digital product practices.
- Collaborate & lead closely with clients and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements
- Gather & analyze information from a variety of sources, including business analysts, subject matter experts, and end users
- Design & document the product with its functional and non-functional requirements for technology solutions
- Collaborate in requirement reviews and provide input to the requirement review process
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and meetings using methods like Design Thinking.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure that the requirements are understood and accurately implemented
- Include your expertise in collaborative testing and validation process to ensure that the solution meets the defined requirements
- Improve the requirements documentation throughout the development process
- Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to other team members as required and share best practices in the product team and solution architecture guilds.
What you’ll need in this role
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with business sense and mental agility , focused on high quality outcomes
- A degree in computer science, (business) informatics, business management, psychology, design or a related discipline and if you decided to skip university for more practice time, we’re curious!
- At least 3 years of experience in product design / UX, business analysis , project management, agile software delivery, requirements engineering or a related field.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills , with the ability to think critically and logically.
- Solid understanding of the software development process (SDLC) including Agile delivery frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe
- Strong ability and ease to navigate ambiguity and to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
- You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
- You’re a great team player and excellent in communication . You can articulate business needs and solutions in an understandable and elegant way to stakeholders, clients and development teams.
- Fluent in English , German is a plus as well as any other languages.

- Any experience with cloud technologies, programming, analytics tools and an affinity to understand such technologies better.
