In this role, your main purpose is to facilitate operational excellence through the development and implementation of process, tools and guidelines. The ultimate target is to enable our Global Directs & Indirect Procurement Luxury Team, in a transforming environment, to create maximum value for La Prairie while ensuring compliance. This is a fixed-term role starting in January 2026 and is going till December 2027.
How you will create a beautiful impact :
- Support global procurement standards, tools, and processes to boost value, transparency, and efficiency—with a strong digital focus.
- Partner with the Procurement Excellence team to drive cost optimization and support our luxury procurement transformation.
- Manage Procurement Guidelines across teams, aligning with Group standards and supporting with training, communication, and implementation.
- Create and implement templates, KPIs, and streamlined processes to improve consistency and automation across all categories.
- Lead compliance and risk management activities for the Procurement team.
- Analyse procurement data and market trends.
- Master and consolidate monthly reports for leadership.
