HR Officer
We are a growing quantitative trading firm with offices based in Zug and Zürich.
We are seeking a motivated HR Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, playing a key role in supporting our HR operations.
Role Overview :
The HR Officer (60%) will be responsible for providing HR support across various functions including recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
o Support the onboarding process by preparing contracts, organizing induction programs, and ensuring a smooth start for new employees.
o Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
o Support the implementation of HR initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
o Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
o Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, amendments, and reference letters.
o Coordinate time tracking and leave management.
o Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance data, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
o Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
This position is open exclusively to individuals holding a European passport and a valid B or C residence permit in Switzerland.
Additionally, we are seeking candidates who are available to start immediately.

- Previous experience in HR administration.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., SAP, Sympa).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
