Freelance Business developer

Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies, and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients.

Vos missions
Lead Generation :
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Engagement :
- Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their business needs and present our services or products effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Proposal Development :
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of our products or services.
Negotiation and Closing :
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
Strategic Partnerships :
- Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships that enhance the company's offerings and market reach.
- Collaborate with external organizations to create joint ventures or alliances.
Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and business development progress.
Vos compétences
- Experience in business development or sales
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of the building construction industry
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to speak German fluently
