You are dynamic, flexible, communicative and a good listener. You are passionate about Jewelry and High Jewelry, the Maison universe and art craftsmanship.
You are comfortable in a retail environment while being in contact with both international and local customers. You are looking for a team spirit environment focusing its energy on clients’ needs and satisfaction.
You master German and English and a third language will be a strong plus.

Supporting our sales team in the Zurich Boutique, you play a dual role, ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes and providing exceptional client experiences at the forefront.
You aim to offer a unique and unforgettable experience to our loyal clients, fully embodying and representing the Maison’s values at the highest standards.
As part of the Boutique team, your role will be to :
Support our sales team in every aspect, from stock management to the meticulous presentation of our Maison's creations.
Handle both client-facing and back-office activities while contributing to our esteemed Maison Client Experience,
Welcome clients, manage stock and client service flows,
Assist in event organization by promoting our image of refinement, elegance, and innovation.
