Venue Operations Coordinator
The Role
We are continuing to expand our operational presence across football clubs in Europe. In order to support installations across these properties, we are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Venue Operations Specialist to join our team in Switzerland.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and familiarity working in live production or sporting arenas What You’ll Do :
- Help manage our portable systems from end to end (maintain the hardware, manage software, train operators, and help direct shipment plans)
- Assist in managing installation and maintenance projects across a variety of venues
- Help with inventory management, reporting, including shipment preparation and coordination
- Professionally interface and manage communication with venue personnel, IT professionals, and contractors
- Troubleshoot and resolve order issues and delays
- Capacity to monitor system health and perform basic diagnostics
- Travel domestically and internationally
What You Have :
Proficiency in the French language
Understanding of venue operations and layouts through experience working in sporting arenas / venues
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and follow up abilities
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics
- Familiarity with basic hardware and networking requirements for camera-based systems
- Direct experience and understanding of Linux
- Flexibility and mindset to operate in a unique and fast-paced environment
- Capability to set realistic expectations and operate within budgetary constraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (fluctuates by time of year)
- Ability to travel internationally
- Availability to work non-traditional hours to support and troubleshoot installations
- Comfortable working at heights when needed
