Student Support - Finance Reporting 60-80%

Job Description

Our Central Finance and Controlling team in Pfaeffikon SZ is looking for a Student Support. This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester breaks and offers flexibility during studies with approximately 2-3 working days per week.

This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for a minimum of 18 months, ideally for several years during their studies.

In this role, you

• Support the team in the quarterly retrocession and rebate process, which includes the calculations of retrocessions and rebates, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, answering ad-hoc client inquiries as well preparing various internal reports;
• Assist in the monthly / quarterly management fee reconciliations process;
• Support in annual budget process (with a focus on revenues);

Help out in various ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

• Currently studying accounting, finance, economics or similar at Bachelor or beginning of Master level;
• Excellent MS office skills, in particular Excel, combined with strong affinity to work with and ana- lyze data; data modelling skills are a plus;
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and German;
• Previous work experience (internships or similar support roles) is a plus;

Team player with strong social skills and the ability to also work independently.
