We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on securities regulation, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide legal advice and support to our internal team on a variety of matters, including securities law, and contract negotiation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist clients in structuring complex transactions and corporate reorganizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to manage legal matters and achieve business objectives.
  • Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate courses of action.

Requirements

  • Qualifications :
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in Switzerland
  • 3+ years of experience practicing corporate law at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law principles, securities regulation, and contract law.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and exceeding client expectations
