SRM Coordinator Sustainability (a)

The SRM Coordinator will be monitoring sustainable strategies as well as initiatives across the global supply chain and driving continual supplier performance improvements mainly in the area of sustainability.

The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks areas :

• Represent Procurement and work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact, enhancing social responsibility, and improving overall supply chain sustainability performance
• Ensure the supplier compliance with the company s Supplier Code of Conduct
• Consult, support, and define sustainable strategies for procurement
• Ensure that suppliers and service providers meet the company s sustainability goals and requirements
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of suppliers and service providers to ensure that they meet sustainability criteria, including respect for human rights and environmental standards.
• Develop partnerships with suppliers and service providers in the area of sustainability
• Develop tools and methods to measure and improve sustainability in procurement
• Ensure compliance with social and environmental standards and laws by suppliers and service providers
• Analyse and recommend more sustainable purchasing alternatives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sustainable procurement is included in their strategies and action plans
• Track and identify trends and best practices to improve sustainability in procurement

The successful candidate must have :

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• MBA and relevant certificates such as CSCP, CPSM are a plus
• 5+ years of procurement experience in a global, highly regulated industry
• Deep understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics, and procurement practices is essential. This includes knowledge of supplier selection, risk assessment, lifecycle analysis, and supply chain mapping
• Proficiency in sustainability frameworks is crucial. Familiarity with environmental and social regulations, certifications and sustainability best practices is also important
• Competence in data analysis and reporting is necessary to measure and monitor key sustainability performance indicators
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Business English fluency is a must, German skills are an advantage
