Test Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated member to join our Systems Test Team, keen to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.
In this position, you will operate and manage a growing set of test rigs, ensuring proper functionality and reliability across our growing fleet of aircraft.
In this role, you will focus on bringing our testing capabilities to the next level, allowing a higher level of automation in our process.
In addition, you will run functional tests of Avionic Equipment, and support measurement campaigns on our powertrain components.
As a part of the team, you will work at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, and will directly contribute to the advancement of automated hybrid-electric flight.
Tasks
- build up, maintain & operate a growing range of system test rigs
- design and execute test plans to validate functionality, performance, and reliability
- document test results and provide recommendations for improvement
- ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
Requirements
required :
- background with Electrical Systems or similar
- hands-on experience with Laboratory Equipment (Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, Multimeter...)
- hands-on experience with PCBs, soldering, crimping
- programming knowledge (Python, C / C++)
- structured and analytical thinking
- allowed to work in Switzerland (EU / EFTA)
advantageous :
- hands-on experience with 3D printing, drilling, sawing
- experience with high-power applications up to 10kW
- professional background in the automotive or aerospace sector
