Commissioning and Service Engineer (m/w/d)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for the advanced power electronics and energy storage products .
Your responsibilities :
Installation and Commissioning :
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of power electronics and energy storage systems at client sites.
- Ensure systems are installed according to specifications and operational requirements.
Technical Support :
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing issues related to system performance, functionality, and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintenance and Repair :
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair services on power electronics and energy storage systems.
- Perform diagnostic tests and fault finding to identify and rectify issues.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Customer Training :
- Train customers on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of power electronics and energy storage systems.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions tailored to client needs.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, service reports, and customer communications.
- Provide detailed feedback to the engineering and product development teams to support continuous improvement.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the sales, engineering, and product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Your profile :
- Previous work experience in a service engineering role or commissioning, preferably in power electronics or energy storage systems .
- Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of power electronics equipment and energy storage systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of power electronics, inverters, converters, and energy storage technologies .
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
