How you can make an impact
Understand how the CBTC / ATO system works, the exchanges between subsystems and their interactionsAssist in defining the pre-requisites and the priorities for the T&C planningDefine and maintain the T&C procedures and protocolsPlan, take responsibility and execute for the T&C activities as per the defined test proceduresComplete test documentation, data sheets, defect and incident reportsIdentify and report project and technical problems and assist in mitigation measures
Manage hardware and software documentation and configuration in the fieldConduct investigations based on remote diagnostic dataTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, liaising with relevant parties as requiredHow you will contribute
Completed technical education as electrical or computer science engineer ETH / TU / FH or comparableAt least 1-3 years of professional experience in Signalling Test and / or Commissioning.Familiar with railway signalling systems, functionalities and architecture of each subsystemFamiliar with relevant CENELEC standardsFamiliar with writing and reviewing of technical documentationProven "trouble shooting" skills for problem identification and resolutionOpen, flexible, team player, and goal-oriented personalityGood knowledge of English; German language is an advantageFurther information
