Technical Customer Support Engineer For Gov Aircraft

Your Tasks
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for GOV customers analysing and interpreting complex issues and resolve technical issues related to aircraft systems, structures and trainer aircraft operations
- Coordinate on-site support with Pilatus customers and maintenance organizations to address in-service problems related to aircraft systems, structures and operations
- Investigate reported failures and problems in aircraft systems and structures, offering timely resolutions to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Support systems testing, including software and hardware integration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and maintenance organizations for continuous improvement in aircraft systems, structural and operations support
- Prepare, review and update technical documentation, including memos, reports and maintenance procedure instructions
With this you convince us
- Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical customer support roles within the aviation industry
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex systems, structural issues and operational challenges within an aircraft OEM environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English as well as willingness to travel internationally
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with customers, maintenance organizations and internal stakeholders
- Strong project management and task prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
