Job description, tasks :
- Conducting projects, preparing inquiries and providing ongoing technical support to business partners.
- Cooperation with the sales department and Product Manager on current technical issues regarding supported solutions.
Your profile :
- Technical knowledge of advanced Security and Enterprise Networking solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales support for the above-mentioned solutions (work for a reseller or distributor).
- Ability to read technical and tender documentation.
- Good knowledge of English (allowing reading technical documentation).
- Independence and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under time pressure and set priorities.
- Focused on achieving the set goals.
- Possession of Cisco technical certificates (e.g. CCNA, CCNP etc.) and others in the field of Security.
- Knowledge of company solutions, e.g. Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, etc.
- Experience in implementing the above-mentioned solutions.
