Do you have experienceworking with MES Syncade? Would you like to work in thepharmaceutical sector? Our client is looking for an AutomationEngineer, who would be a part of a disciplinary team.
This roleplays a key part in designing, testing, and troubleshooting recipesin Syncade, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards duringthe design, start-up, qualification, and productionphases.
As an Automation Engineer, for supportand align product and production-specificrequirements :
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the project team to support and align product andproduction-specific requirements.
- Design, test,and modify recipes (under change control) during the design,start-up, qualification, and production stages.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, including the documentation ofelectronic batch records (eBR), standard operating procedures(SOP), and operation reports.
- Driveimprovements in procedures and processes, adhering to safety,hygiene, environmental, and quality regulations within your area ofresponsibility.
DesiredProfile :
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree ina relevant engineeringdiscipline.
- Expertise inBioprocess Automation, specifically with Emerson MES Syncade, isrequired.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experiencein recipe authoring and troubleshooting within Syncade ismandatory.
- A strongbackground in structured and well-organized work practices, with afocus on solutions and openness to newideas.
- Excellent team and social skills,along with a deep understanding of IT and process controlsystems.
- A keen understandingof operational optimizationopportunities.
- Ability tocommunicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally,with strong business acumen and team collaborationskills.
- Fluent inEnglish.
- Demonstrated abilityto work responsibly, especially with the ownedsystem.
