This roleplays a key part in designing, testing, and troubleshooting recipesin Syncade, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards duringthe design, start-up, qualification, and productionphases.

As an Automation Engineer, for supportand align product and production-specificrequirements :

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the project team to support and align product andproduction-specific requirements.
• Design, test,and modify recipes (under change control) during the design,start-up, qualification, and production stages.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, including the documentation ofelectronic batch records (eBR), standard operating procedures(SOP), and operation reports.
• Driveimprovements in procedures and processes, adhering to safety,hygiene, environmental, and quality regulations within your area ofresponsibility.

DesiredProfile :

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree ina relevant engineeringdiscipline.
• Expertise inBioprocess Automation, specifically with Emerson MES Syncade, isrequired.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experiencein recipe authoring and troubleshooting within Syncade ismandatory.
• A strongbackground in structured and well-organized work practices, with afocus on solutions and openness to newideas.
• Excellent team and social skills,along with a deep understanding of IT and process controlsystems.
• A keen understandingof operational optimizationopportunities.
• Ability tocommunicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally,with strong business acumen and team collaborationskills.
• Fluent inEnglish.
• Demonstrated abilityto work responsibly, especially with the ownedsystem.
