Your tasks

You will be part of the extended Cyber Security leadership team, lead a team of Digital Identity experts and will work together within a global team of experts.

Further, you will support us on our growth journey, identify sales opportunities, attract new clients, work on RfPs and help our customers to securely build up Digital Identity capabilities.

• You will lead a team of Digital Identity experts, act as a role model, contribute to our team growth strategy and support team member's career development.
• You are in a leading position as an engagement manager for IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects and become the trusted advisor of our clients.

You will simultaneously work on multiple client engagements of varying size, scope and complexity from proposal, planning, definition to execution.

As such you will be responsible for all aspects of client engagements from scope definition to execution.

• You will consult your clients with setting up Digital Identity programs.
• You consult your clients on strategic, tactical, operational, and technical Digital Identity subjects such as definition of a Digital Identity strategy, a Target Operating Model, processes, and an integrated Target Architecture.
• You will support Cyber Security assessments from a Digital Identity perspective and further execute the implementation of market leading IAM and PAM solutions into the client networks.

Your profile

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Cyber Security and Privacy with a focus on Digital Identity, IAM, Identity Governance, Access Management or PAM.

For Senior Manager at least 8 years. You have a master's or bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification.

Any further certificates such as CISSP, CISM, SSCP are a plus.

• You have worked within a consulting environment or security department.
• You have experience on governmental, processual, infrastructural, and technological topics relevant for Digital Identity.
• You have a deep technical understanding and hands on experience in various Digital Identity technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Microsoft and Saviynt.
• You are familiar with the principles of access management as well as authentication and authorisation solutions.
• You have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.

English is mandatory; German and French are a plus.
