Your tasks

  • Oversee engine maintenance to ensure quality and compliance with customer policies and procedures, focusing on US customers
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality Teams on the development and implementation of process assessment, improvements, policy revisions and performance evaluation to meet US customer requirements
  • Coordinate with Engineering to recommend specific work scopes in accordance with customer specific technical Operations policies, programs and procedures
  • Conduct engine Table Inspections and Outgoing Inspections to ensure work performed is in accordance with customers order and quality standards
  • Liaise with the customer to make decisions on part replacements and exchanges based on technical and financial aspects
  • Review and documents the condition of removed hardware as per customer directives and specific requirements. Conduct Scrap reviews
  • Coordinate the management and review of any invoice, commercial and TAT related topics during a shop visit ensuring alignment with customer expectations
  • Verify that maintenance data and documentation is accurate and compliant to customer specifications
  • Perform timely in process assessment to ensure maintenance performed is compliant with customer requirements

  • Ability to effectively plan and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery
  • Strong ability to interpret and comprehend engine technical documents
  • Ability to properly manage highly sensitive and confidential information effectively.
  • Must be able to assume high level responsibility and demonstrate sound judgement
  • Knowledge of US airline business processes, operational policies and procedures preferred
  • Strong understanding of the MRO or related Aviation business
  • Knowledge of CFM56-7B Engine Maintenance
  • Proficiency in English (business fluent)
  • Suitable Master's degree or MBA required
  • Required : at least 10 years in aviation, preferably in the US aviation industry
  • Experience with engine maintenance, engineering or quality assurance function as well as cross-functional process knowledge
