Oversee engine maintenance to ensure quality and compliance with customer policies and procedures, focusing on US customers
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality Teams on the development and implementation of process assessment, improvements, policy revisions and performance evaluation to meet US customer requirements
Coordinate with Engineering to recommend specific work scopes in accordance with customer specific technical Operations policies, programs and procedures
Conduct engine Table Inspections and Outgoing Inspections to ensure work performed is in accordance with customers order and quality standards
Liaise with the customer to make decisions on part replacements and exchanges based on technical and financial aspects
Review and documents the condition of removed hardware as per customer directives and specific requirements. Conduct Scrap reviews
Coordinate the management and review of any invoice, commercial and TAT related topics during a shop visit ensuring alignment with customer expectations
Verify that maintenance data and documentation is accurate and compliant to customer specifications
Perform timely in process assessment to ensure maintenance performed is compliant with customer requirements

Knowledge of US airline business processes, operational policies and procedures preferred
Strong understanding of the MRO or related Aviation business
Knowledge of CFM56-7B Engine Maintenance
Proficiency in English (business fluent)
Suitable Master's degree or MBA required
Required : at least 10 years in aviation, preferably in the US aviation industry
Experience with engine maintenance, engineering or quality assurance function as well as cross-functional process knowledge
