We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Content Creator / Scientific Researcher to join our team at Digital HR Ecosystem internally

- Research and generate high-quality written content on a variety of topics related to the development in the HR field, with a focus on scientific research and academic insights
- Create compelling blog posts, articles, and other content formats to engage our audience and drive traffic to our platform (Platforms - LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & X)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with company goals and target audience interests
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of human resources (HR) and incorporate relevant topics into content creation
- Conduct research on HR-related topics and assist in the development of educational materials for our audience
- Assist in other content-related tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (e.g. Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration but also Computer Science is highly welcomed)
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in the German language is highly desirable
- Proven experience in blog writing, content creation, and social media management
- Experience with Graphic Design would be a big plus
- Experience or background in human resources (HR) or a keen interest in staying up-to-date about developments in the HR sector
