Tasks

Your main responsibilities :

• 1st level support
• First point of contact for our customers via e-mail and chat
• Support and troubleshooting for all offers on our website such as Slot Machines, Casino Games, Live Casino Games and PokerStars
• Forwarding reports to the responsible game providers and departments
• Verification of player accounts and customer identities
• Recognize customer needs and provide development solutions
• Control of customer deposits
• Different working hours in shifts Mon-Sun (08 - 17 h / 12 - 21 h / 15 - 24 h)

Requirements

Essential :

• Current and valid working permit in Switzerland (no sponsorship)
• No criminal and debt collection records (mandatory checks befor signing a contract)
• Fluent in English, min. C1 both speaking and in writing
• Either fluent in German, French, or Italian, min B2 speaking and in writing
