Your profile :

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, PBI.
  • Familiarity with Project management methodologies and Wrike is a plus.

What You Will Do

As a Business Excellence Assistant intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting various units within our organization.

Your responsibilities will include (non-exhaustively) :

  • Identifying and implementing enhancements in Trader / Trading Operators working environment.
  • Collaborating with Traders / Operators and Management to pinpoint areas for improvement in trading tools and associated activities.
  • Gathering, analysing, and synthesising business requirements, translating them into actionable development projects.
  • Efficiently coordinating and managing meetings, training sessions, and associated logistics, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.
  • Proactively monitoring the performance of various applications and promptly addressing any issues that arise.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to user inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Offer support, if proficient, in optimizing PBI dashboards post-migration.
  • Assist in testing new features during release cycles as necessary.
  • Explore opportunities for Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), assessing feasibility and alignment with organizational goals

Contexte et environnement

Our Business Excellence department is divided into three sections : Change Management, Training & Process, and Projects.

It exclusively collaborates with traders and trading operators but also manages digital and cross-functional projects with other departments such as IT, shipping, finance and legal dpt.

Within these units, its mission is to drive continuous improvement and optimization of Front & Trading Ops work environment.

As a Business Excellence Assistant intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Excellence officers and project managers in various initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, streamlining processes, and implementing digital solutions.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Front Office / Operations Teams, IT Support & Development teams, and management, to assist in project coordination and execution.
