Your responsibilities
- Booking of goods invoices, credit notes for foreign commodities EU (including IC) and local commodities
- Booking purchase discounts from local counterparties and foreign counterparties withing EU and outside EU
- Compensation trade
- Analyzing and reconciliation of balances and settlements
- Preparation of correction notes
- Confirmation of balances and reconciliation of settlements
- Purchase order reconciliation, explanation of discrepancies
- Archiving documentation
- Reconciliation of RMA returns
- Performing three-way matching for non-trade and inter-company payables
- Running month end closing reports
Our requirements
- Experience in accounting
- Experience in handling A / P process will be an asset
- Bachelor's od Master Degree, preferably in finance, accounting or similar field
- Good knowledge of English language
- Experience with SAP system would be an asset
- Good MS skills knowledge, especially Excel
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to details
- Good organization skills and a willingness to learn
- Pro-activeness and improvements driver
- Teamwork spirit
