Our story began with a strong foundation in monetization , using our proprietary technology to maximize app growth and revenue. Today, we’re an established tech company, but our growth engine is still driven by our innovative Growth Team —a cross-functional commando team that plays a key role across our portfolio of apps. This team’s expertise in growth and monetization is the empowering force behind our success, as we continue to expand our portfolio, currently consisting of 3 apps and growing rapidly.

The Growth Team at BlueThrone combines product, marketing, design, and data expertise to create and execute data-driven strategies that deliver scalable success. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse mobile apps, collaborating across functions to drive real impact on growth and profitability. Growth and monetization are at the heart of everything we do.

Your mission

We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team. In this role, you will take full ownership of user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, ensuring that we attract high-quality users at the lowest possible cost. You will manage campaigns across our expanding portfolio of mobile apps, working in close partnership with marketing, product, and data teams to develop strategies that fuel long-term growth.

You’ll be at the forefront of our app scaling efforts, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, test new ideas, and ensure we are consistently maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and keeping Cost Per Install (CPI) as efficient as possible.

What you’ll be doing

  • Must have experience working on the developer side (in-house at an app or game company), NOT agency
  • Develop and Execute User Acquisition Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Facebook , Google , TikTok , and Apple Store .
  • Analyze and Optimize Campaigns : Dive into data using tools like SQL , MetaBase , and Excel to analyze performance and continuously optimize targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Growth Team —including product managers, designers, and data scientists—to ensure acquisition strategies align with product growth goals.
  • Experiment and Test : Conduct A / B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to drive improved performance across user acquisition channels.
  • Multi-App Campaign Management : Oversee and optimize multiple campaigns across different apps, ensuring effective multitasking and attention to each app’s unique strategy.
  • App Store Optimization (ASO) : Implement and track strategies to improve app visibility, rankings, and conversion rates in the app stores.
  • Report and Improve : Monitor and report on key metrics such as CPI , ROAS , LTV , and user retention , while managing campaign budgets and pacing to maximize efficiency.
  • What you’ll need to succeed

  • 2-3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with proven success managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook , Google , TikTok , and Apple Store .
  • Must have experience working on the developer side (in-house at an app or game company)
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL , MetaBase , and Excel to derive insights and drive campaign performance.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile marketing metrics : including Cost Per Install (CPI) , Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) , Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) , and Lifetime Value (LTV) .
  • Experience with mobile SDKs or attribution tools (e.g., Firebase , Adjust , Appsflyer ) to track user behavior and optimize campaigns.
  • A track record of cross-functional collaboration , partnering with marketing, product, design, and data teams to align strategies and deliver results.
  • Self-discipline and leadership : Ability to work independently, lead projects, and manage multiple campaigns with precision.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for experimentation and continuous optimization.
  • Bonus points

  • Experience working with ad networks such as Mintegral , Unity , AppLovin , and Moloco .
  • Experience in growth channels like influencer marketing , email marketing , content marketing , or SEO .
  • Background in app marketing for gaming , music , or dating verticals.
  • The interview process

  • First round : Connect with our people team for a mutual introduction to see if we're a good fit (30 minutes).
  • Second round : Meet our VP of Growth, the Hiring Manager to discuss your background and experience (30 minutes).
  • Technical Interview :  Meet our Product Analyst, demonstrate your analytical abilities (45 minutes)
  • Final round :  Meet our CEO & Co-founder, focus on your UA strategies, designing campaigns based on data driven insights you've gained.  (45 minutes).
  • On average, our process takes about 4-6 weeks. Speed is as important to us as it is to you. 💨
