About the Role
As a Senior HR Generalist you will manage country and company-specific HR topics including employee life cycle process, compensation and benefit processes, recruitment processes and training and development for Hapa.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Payroll Administration : Manage the full payroll process for Hapa using Abacus, including bonus and salary reviews, data management in Abacus and SAP, salary provisions, social benefits, holidays, and overtime. Handle quarterly source tax declarations, year-end social insurance, and pension fund declarations, and reconcile salary and social insurance accounts.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure company policies comply with labor regulations, and promote employee safety, health, and welfare.
- HR Process Administration : Oversee all HR processes in the employee life cycle, update Hapa policies and ensure compliance with Coesia regulations. Liaise with governmental institutes (Migrationsamt, AWA, BFS, municipalities) and manage the time registration system.
- Employee and Manager Support : Provide operational support and advice to line managers and employees.
- Recruitment Management : Handle the entire recruitment process, from search and selection to offer, including job vacancy preparation, application screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Organizational Support : Assist the HRBP in defining organizational structures to ensure efficient business processes.
- Talent Acquisition : Lead talent acquisition efforts, in coordination with Coesia Talent Acquisition team, and support the HRBP in attracting, developing, and retaining employees.
- HR Reporting : Report HR data to Coesia and Hapa Management (using Excel and SAP), and to government authorities.
- HR Project Management : Support all Coesia HR projects, manage and present internal HR projects, and organize HR events.
