• IT System / Network Admin Job Description :
• Level 2 & 3 hotline support (max 25% depending on needs)- Management of level 2 & 3 incidents (on-site and remote troubleshooting)- Complete follow-up and management of a client portfolio autonomously with the support of IT management - Backup - Monitoring - Follow-up troubleshooting and workstation of the client portfolio- Management of MDM & RMM systems- Design and management of infrastructure (On-Premise & Cloud) independently with support from management for troubleshooting - Switch & router - Firewall - Server - Virtualized infrastructure - e-novinfo private cloud environment - Storage array - Exchange 365
• Profile :
• You hold a degree in IT or equivalent at a minimum- Ability to manage an IT project from initiation to delivery- Stress resistant, you know how to manage priorities and are flexible- Customer service and speed of execution are your strengths due to your rigor, proactivity, and excellent capacity- You appreciate teamwork, have leadership skills- Mastery of French and English, oral and written, minimum level B1, X plus- Curiosity in technological evolution
• Experience :
• 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position- Mastery of VMWARE, Veeam, X, Exchange- Solid knowledge : switching (Layer 2&3), Firewall (UTM), SAN storage (iSCSI, additional)- Experience in Cloud deployments, Office 365, security, scripting, monitoring, etc.- Knowledge of Dell Technologies product lines- Understanding of VoIP & SIP protocols
