Job description

We are hiring a Product Manager to join us in our Product team in Zurich, Switzerland reporting directly to the Head of Product. For this position, we are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and experienced professional with a profound hotel contracting and yield background in Tourism.

Main responsibilities:

• Implementing strategy and contracting guidelines in different destinations for each market and client.
• Monitoring & Reporting Weekly of sales and competitive analysis.
• Effective Product Management for assigned Clients
• Understanding the requirements and business models of our clients from different source markets to optimize sales
• Managing and monitoring of Marketing activities, as well as analysis and reporting of results
• Implementation and execution of a targeted Contracting strategy to optimize sales performance together with the contractors
• Identification & Interpretation of market trends, opportunities, and key requirements.
• Providing data driven insight to destinations and target driven monthly revisions
• Analyzing and maximizing Guaranteed Contracts.
• Close collaboration with different cross functional teams/departments across multiple countries

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Product Management, Contracting and/or Yield position.
• Solid understanding of Sun & Beach Tour operating
• Knowledge of multiple European volume source markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Power point
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good team Player, independent and structured
• Proactive profile with strong analytical skills, ability to work with different data sources and systems.
• Willing to travel on a regular basis
• English fluent or native speaker, German and / or Spanish knowledge will be an advantage.
