Job Overview We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer with solid experience in deploying and managing Java / Spring Boot web applications to join our team in Lugano .

This role is perfect for someone passionate about automation, continuous delivery, and reliable deployments .

What you'll do : Design, build, and optimize CI / CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment lifecycle of Java / Spring Boot applications Oversee and manage deployments to production , ensuring stability and rollback readiness Monitor system and application performance using Prometheus , Grafana , and other observability tools, proactively addressing issues before they impact users Support and maintain containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) for Java / Spring Boot microservices Collaborate closely with development teams to align deployment processes with software design and integration needs Investigate and troubleshoot runtime or deployment issues across development, staging, and production environments What you bring : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or equivalent experience Proven experience deploying and maintaining Java / Spring Boot applications in CI / CD environments Familiarity with Java / Spring Boot development is a strong plus Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD, or similar Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Solid knowledge of Linux systems and Unix shell scripting Strong attention to detail and commitment to deployment reliability and production stability Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset Location Requirement : We do not offer a fully remote work policy Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland)or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese, etc.) Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy Are you looking for an exciting and challenging job in a dynamic environment?
