Human resources (HR) professionals strive to attract new talent to the WTO, to provide a high-quality service to staff members, to ensure a competitive compensation and benefits package, to support staff through various learning and career development opportunities and to support the performance management cycle. They work closely with staff and managers to better align staff with organizational needs.
Requirements: An advanced university degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. organization psychology, organization development, business administration, social science, etc.), knowledge of various HR fields and latest practices, professional work experience, analytical skills, drafting skills, communications skills and ability to work in a diverse work environment as part of a team.
