For our fast-growing organization in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced freight
forwarder individual for our branch based in Avenches, starting as soon as possible or upon
agreement.

Overall Job Purpose :
The team leader’s role is mainly to secure the implementation and improvement of air- and
ocean freight processes across the team. This includes the ability to formulate freight strategy,
continuous improvements of key performance indicators and drive management by objective
methods. To secure best in class procurement and ensure compliance and operational
excellence within the team. Our team leader will drive a team of 6 people in two locations
together with his counterparts and the SGL country management team. Well experienced in all
aspects of complex cargo handling as well as supporting and guiding the team in their daily
tasks and back-up where needed.
