Scientist – Advanced Mineral Development (focus onGrinding & Dispersion) Description Job Summary Workindependently on work packages in grinding and dispersion researchprograms and actively contribute as a subject matter expert incross-functional groups. Work with chemical additives includingdispersants, grinding aids and rheology modifiers in processes suchas wet grinding, dry grinding, slurry makedown, surfacemodification, slurry dewatering, spray drying, slurrystabilization, particle size and stability analysis of mineralpigments. Independently collect, generate and review data tocompile scientific information for decision-makers in the company.Implement the latest scientific findings and methods in their teamsand independently generate data packages needed for publications,patents, presentations and other forms of communication. Providelaboratory guidance for technicians, technologists and associatescientists.
