Supply Chain & Export Specialist DescriptionPosition Summary All cross-border business that is done throughoutthe world is being routed through Omya International AG. All directbusiness for our Calcium Carbonates is routed through the CustomerService at the headquarters in Oftringen. We ensure a smoothprocess / service for the direct customers / key accounts and Omyaselling units. This includes the order processing from A-Z (fromquotation to invoicing / dunning). The Customer Service teamprocesses the orders, arranges shipments (with or withoutinspections), creates documents for export purposes, controls thefreight charges and has the responsibility to ensure a timelydelivery to the goods receiver. In addition, we support Sales inadministration matters for the assigned customers and areresponsible for the claim management. Key Accountabilities -Processing of stock-, third party- and Chain orders for theassigned customers - Creation of price-offer calculations -Coordination with Omya plants and selling units in the assignedcountries - Shipment / Export processing; incl. creation ofdocuments and coordination with the forwarders - Processing ofletter of credits / cash against documents businesses. - Arrangeinspections in the plants for shipments - Arrange customer-bonuscredits for year-end closing - Legalization of documents at theconsulate / e-origin with Chamber of Commerce - Coordination ofclaims with customers and selling units. Create and control thedata in CRM.
