About the job

Your main duties will include:

  • Support the development of CRM strategies by providing data‑driven insights that align with business objectives.
  • Prepare analytical findings and recommendations that help inform senior stakeholders on ways to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze large volumes of customer data using advanced analytical techniques and tools to support decision‑making and campaign optimization.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in customer behavior to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for business growth.
  • Contribute to predictive scoring and data modeling to enhance the performance and targeting of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data management processes that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data.
  • Support data collection, cleansing, integration, and quality checks across various sources (CRM systems, transactional data, surveys, third‑party data, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, e‑commerce, product development, IT) to translate insights into operational actions.
  • Create clear and compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Looker to communicate insights effectively.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting key findings, trends, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Work closely with commercial and IT teams to ensure insights are incorporated into marketing, sales, and product initiatives.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Data analytics roles, in Retail, eCommerce or Consultancy Companies. Experience within Loyalty or Marketing is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL (a must), Python & R (nice to have) or similar tools/languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skills
