Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our trading and client relationship functions by ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.
Your AMINA To-Do List
- Support trading units and relationship managers with daily operational needs.
- Execute internal transfers of crypto assets efficiently and accurately.
- Manage external transfers of client crypto assets in line with regulatory and security standards.
- Maintain static data to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with client onboarding for both institutional and private clients.
- Document operational processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide conceptual and analytical support for management and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to proactively identify solutions and resources for project completion or exception handling.
