What You Will Do
Conduct professional, meaningful conversations with prospective clients
Proactively prospect and identify new potential clients
Support individuals in clarifying their goals and determining whether our programs are a good fit
Build and maintain authentic, long-term client relationships
Guide decision-making processes with clarity, neutrality, and respect
Use CRM tools to manage client pathways, follow-ups, and activity
Work remotely with flexible hours (minimum 10–15 hours per week), suitable alongside other commitments

5+ years of experience in leadership, business development, coaching, or self-employment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to communicate in a grounded, human way
Alignment with a team culture that values self-awareness and authenticity
