L’Audit interne joue un rôle essentiel au sein du groupe BCV. En sa qualité d’Organe, indépendant et directement rattaché au Conseil d’administration (CA) et à son Comité Audit et Risque (CAR), l’Audit interne veille notamment à contribuer à l’efficacité du dispositif de contrôle interne, à la conformité réglementaire et opérationnelle, ainsi qu’à la gestion et au contrôle adéquats des risques.
