  • Ensure the establishment and monitoring of HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies.
  • Support management in designing an organization fit for purpose.
  • Promote employee engagement and the development of company culture.
  • Attract talent and lead the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Implement and drive performance management, appraisal, and reward processes.
  • Identify training needs and develop training and career development plans.
  • Coordinate payroll with the fiduciary and maintain employee records in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities and budgeting processes in coordination with the finance team.
  • Support management in handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor regulations and high integrity.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Manager.
  • Mastery of HR processes : talent management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Change management skills and business acumen.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
