Mission
Context :
Our Swiss project saw the light of day in 2016 with the arrival of our website in the region and accelerated with the opening of our first store in Neuchâtel in 2017. Since then, the project has grown significantly and today we have nearly 1'000 employees working in our 5 sectors (Logistics & Supply, E-Commerce, Finance, HR, Communication and Retail) serving 33 stores (3 openings in the last 6 months).
We are growing fast to deliver an ambitious project : to open new stores every year for the next 4 years. We must therefore complete and enrich our teams with profiles that are 100% customer-oriented, responsible, positive and equipped with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Following internal mobility, we are looking for our future Regional Operations Manager to support stores on different subjects.
Your missions : 3 main missions :
- Ensure safety and security in the country : you ensure the safety of customers and teammates and a fresh mapping of internal and external risks of your stores and manage associated action plans,
Manage the availability and accuracy of the stock : you ensure the availability & accuracy of stock in your stores, you ensure organized, safe and efficient product flow in your store,
Making the stores of your perimeter the most efficient : you always try to optimize each process, tool, gesture to spare time in front of our customers,

Making teams autonomous in their operationsCommercial sales facilitator : to lead country-wide commercial sales; efficiency, stock-flow, digital,Ensuring the maintenance of our property with our maintenance leaderOptimizing the investments and operational costsTo build local autonomy with the city leader and the store leaderTo help the team grow by promoting training, support, and local decision-makingTo contribute to the profitable growth of Decathlon,Be the country referent regarding the customer relationship (cash tills),Profil
Your profile
You must have similar experience, as a store operations managerYou have acquired knowledge on technical subjects (e.g. electronic marking)Multilingual skills, especially French and GermanCurious, attention to detailsLikes to take initiative and to measure their performancesNatural challenger, able to think out of the boxResponsible and confident in making decisionsAbility to work effectively with multiple internal teams : project management skillsExcellent planning and organizational skillsReady to travel , 15 stores to visit frequently. You are ideally based in the Bern or Fribourg region
