We are seeking an experienced Scheduler / Planner to manage schedules for a large-scale test facility project in Basel. You will plan and execute project timelines through 2025, with commissioning planned for 2026.

This role covers both daily operations and long-term project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with the PMO team and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track progress, identify risks, and create mitigation strategies.
• Support project lifecycle from procurement to commissioning.
• Provide schedule reports and updates.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation.

Key Skills & Experience :

• 4+ years of scheduling experience in CAPEX or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong skills in risk analysis, critical path management, and stakeholder communication.
• Autonomous, adaptable, and proficient in project reporting.
