The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

We are looking for a Private Assets Operations Specialist to join our Funds and Private Assets Services unit. Our department belongs to the Bank’s Technology & Operations division, which provides a broad range of custodian and fund administration services.

Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.

Your role

• Executing subscription and transfer orders for private equity funds and private placements.
• Booking transactions after confirmation.
• Operating the organized trading facility of private assets funds interests.
• Resolving issues arising from position reconciliation and clients’ guarantees.
• Coordinating the receipt of distributions in kind.
• Preparing customized transaction advices.
• Managing risks associated with private assets operations.

Your profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Business and / or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
• 1 to 5 years’ experience in private assets operations is a plus.
• Good user of Excel and generally at ease with new IT systems.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Rigorous, team player and sense of responsibility.
• Solution-oriented and ability to manage complex cases.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
