Intro We are looking on behalf of one of our clients based in Zurich for an IT support technician. This is a long-term contract.
Tasks Manage IT incidents by telephone or on site Resolve incidents by managing priorities Install and configure workstations, printers and mobile equipment (tablets and telephones) Manage IT hardware stocks Prepare and provide technical support for videoconferencing rooms Interacting and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
Requirements CFC diploma in IT or equivalent At least 3 years' experience in IT support Good knowledge of Windows systems Good command of Microsoft tools (Teams and Office 365) Knowledge of Apple products (Mac, iPhone and iPad) Experience with VIP support a plus Good soft skills and communication Autonomous and pro-active German and English C1 level, French a plus
